The PACE Business Development Center and Women's Business Center provide free business consulting and low-cost training services including: business plan development, manufacturing assistance, financial packaging and lending assistance, exporting and importing support, disaster recovery assistance, procurement and contracting aid, market research help, 8(a) program support, and healthcare guidance. PACE LA is a city-sponsored BusinessSource Center.
Minority Business Development Agency Business Center
The Minority Business Development Agency Business Center is part of USC's Business Expansion Network and provides access to educational and technical resources that foster business expansion and job creation.
Los Angeles Women Mean Business
The LA Women Mean Business Initiative, launched on Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, November 19, 2018, is a campaign by the Capital Consortium to deliver coordinated services and resources toward addressing the unique needs,and opportunities of women-owned businesses throughout the City, increasing their capacity to access capital and grow exponentially. It consists of seven components with partners associated with each one.
