The State of California Clean Vehicle Rebate Program offers rebates for individuals and business owners who purchase or lease new eligible zero-emission or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles.
City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Commercial Water Conservation Rebate Program
The City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), together with the Metropolitan Water District, offer a cash rebate program for a variety of water-saving technologies including high-efficiency toilets, weather based irrigation controllers, and many industry specific water conservation devices. This cash rebate program is available to commercial, industrial and institutional customers and depending on the rebate, may be used in retrofits or new construction.
City of Los Angeles Electric Vehicle Rebates and Incentives
The Los Angeles Department of Public Works (LADWP) offers rebates and incentives for commercial customers that install electric vehicle charging stations and/or install a time-of-use meter.
City of Los Angeles Energy-Efficiency Rebate Programs

City of Los Angeles Feed-in Tariff Program
Through the Feed-in Tariff Program, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) may purchase energy generated from an individual's or business' renewable energy generating systems to help the Department reach its renewable energy goals. The energy generated by these systems will be purchased at a fixed price, subject to time-of-delivery multipliers, for a term of up to 20 years.
SoCal Gas Self-Generation Incentive Program
The SoCal Gas Self-Generation Incentive Program offers financial incentives for installing clean, on-site distributed energy systems such as: wind turbines, waste heat-to-power technologies, pressure reduction turbines, internal combustion engines, microturbines, natural gas turbines, fuel cells and advanced energy storage systems.
SoCal Gas Zero Percent On-Bill Financing
The SoCal Gas Zero Percent On-Bill Financing program provides zero percent, unsecured loans to businesses purchasing qualified energy-efficient upgrades.
Manufacturing and Research & Development Equipment Exemption
Manufacturers and certain research and developers may qualify for a partial exemption of sales and use tax on certain manufacturing and research and development equipment purchases and leases.
New Employment Credit
The New Employment Credit is available to qualified businesses that increase their total number of full-time employees in California within a designated geographic area.
